The staff were super friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was massive and had a jaw-dropping view of the mountain. The bed was incredibly comfy and the air conditioning kept the room cool. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, all at a surprisingly good price. The payment was even cheaper than expected.

the hotel's exterior looked inviting, and as soon as I stepped inside, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff. the clean and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. the room itself was spacious and had a comfortable bed with air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the mountain and patio from my room. the food at the hotel was not only tasty but also beautifully presented, all at a great price. When it came time to pay, I was even more delighted to discover that it was cheaper than I had expected. Cons: Everything is what I need and want. 😊.

the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of quality products. the room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. I appreciated the availability of cold water, and the convenient location close to my relatives. the parking lot was also a great advantage, just across the street. the bed was comfortable and allowed me to have a great rest.

I missed having air conditioning in the room on a hot summer week, just like I'm accustomed to.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff are incredibly nice and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. They even provided an electric heater and a duvet when our room was cold. The location is ideal, especially if you plan to use the nearby cable car at Monte Carasso. The breakfast is top-notch, with a fresh salad and good quality products.
